You represent that all information, documents, and statements provided in your claim file are accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated complaint drafts before transmitting them to third parties or official bodies.
3. No Guarantee of Dispute Outcome
Dispute resolution and refund approvals depend entirely on platform policies, factual evidence merits, and decisions by statutory authorities. Disputiq makes no warranty or guarantee of dispute outcome.
