Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 24 August 2026 • Compliant with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
1. Data Minimization & Isolation
Disputiq collects and processes only the personal data strictly required to organize your consumer dispute. This includes your name, email, order identifiers, transaction amounts, and documentary evidence files (such as tax invoices, courier slips, and chat transcripts).
2. How Your Data is Used
Documentary evidence uploaded to Disputiq is parsed solely to extract factual metadata (order IDs, dates, GSTINs, UTR numbers) and generate structured timeline events and dispute letters. Your data is never sold, shared with data brokers, or used for third-party commercial advertising.
3. Right to Erasure
In full alignment with the DPDP Act 2023, you maintain complete ownership of your case files and evidence. You can delete any uploaded document or entire dispute case at any time directly from your dashboard, which immediately purges all associated records.
